I hear you! I still havent wrapped my son's and husband's gifts. I know my son will carry the presents around the house, hand them to me, to help him open them. It breaks my heart. This year I decided to place the presents under the tree on Christmas morn so I dont have to put D though the sadness of not being able to open them.
He doesn't understand Christmas, why he has to wait.
Same to you & your family/tribe/clan. May you find a local Mexican restaurant serving Chiles en Nogada over the holidays...better chances of finding one around Sept. 16th, but since the sauces are red, green and white, maybe around Christmas & New Years you could get lucky.
Love is... when you ask your husband to get wrapping paper while he is at the store a month ago and he brings home blue Jewish wrapping paper... even though he is Catholic but you LOVE IT SO MUCH you gush over how gorgeous it is because it's a gift from the heart, something he did for our little family... and who cares?! Its paper!! Its pretty too. Magnificent Golden Reindeer with intricate filigree looking curlie-cue horns galloping amongst blue and gold stars. Blue delicate snowflakes on white paper. 😍🦌⭐❄ its been a painful and blessed week. Sitting here listening to your beautiful music wrapping presents. Thought I would take a moment to share how beautiful life is and how grateful I am for my family and for you Heather!!! Thinking of you and all the amazing people here who share their views truth knowledge compassion and humor. Thank you. Many many blessings to you Heather. 🙏❤
