I didn't put it in the article but I often gave money back to taxpayers. Another reason management didn't like me. Actually I'm going to edit and add that in. I was doing a job and following the laws we had in the tax code, no more and no less. I just wanted to stop being harrassed. I never told anyone to work faster. But they constantly berated me for working instead of goofing off. I thought I made it clear that I thought some of the work was BS. But if I sign on to do a job I think it's theft to take the money for it while not doing it. I also want NO IRS at all. But some administrative work has to get done for society to function. And someone has to do those jobs.
Brava! For your honesty! And thank you for giving people their refunds or overpayments. As you said, it was the law. I wonder what the law will be now if so many of the existing protections from fraud and other violations are thrown out. Worrisome.
At one time in our lives most of believed in the system of so called checks and balances and at least wanted to believe it was legitimate.
Until one gets involved with it within the system or from outside it is how and when one begins to learn some of the truths about it, and then after when one really starts digging around and learning more truths it all starts coming together, though it always seems there's more truths to uncover.
So what we did in a previous lifetime shouldn't be held against us, especially like yourself who comes out with truth about their experience.
Another one comes to mind, but bought into the "there is no Law" groups and ended up in Jail. Unlike knowing the difference between Title 26 and the IRM besides about 12000 pages ie my not having to file since 2004.
I posted all over on social media including on here to the deleted poster even, under the guise of give unto Caesar what is Caesar's, but what if he says you don't have to give?
If I told you Wages aren't reportable or withholdable what would you say?
If you laugh or claim they are I'd ask you for your source of reference, to which surprisingly on one has ever given me the obvious answer yet.
Not sure I understand. Wages are reported on the w-2 forms to the IRS. You can exempt yourself from withholding though and I did it all through my career after what I learned there. It really helped me in my life even though I actually hated working there.
Yes you can exempt yourself from them on the W4, but if you file any type of 1040 you still may be obligated or responsible for not having FRN's withheld right?
So the obvious answer is the 16th Amendment that supposedly gave Congress the power to tax all income.
"Article XVI. The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on all incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment from the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration"
So I tell them my source is the IRS itself on a dual purpose form that actually goes back to 1986 (wish I'd have know about it then), and very few people or businesses know about it, and you might ask yourself several questions as to why it would show up on a W-9 form at all as most people who get 1099's don't consider their pay as wages, and should fall under the W-4's. More IRS and government fraud coverup, and regardless of what is said by them or in the U.S. Code what appears in one section of code or on one form applies throughout accordingly.
First to avoid claiming yourself as a Taxpayer under this scenario on W-9 in section 3a you claim OTHER, which used to be Tax Exempt in the wayback machine.
Then if you know to request this form, and to give to those who request it from you as proof (dual purpose like the duality throughout our government and all it's agencies)
Now they hide things within it like under Substitute form like this on page 3
"If you use a substitute form, you are required to provide the
Form W-9 instructions to the payee only if he or she requests
them"
I've never received or ever heard of this form when getting a normal request for a W-9, and they used to be used before the W-4's came into existence for regular employees too. Ask people in HR or small businesses if they provide them.
Still on page 3 under
How Do I Know When To Use
Form W-9?
Use Form W-9 to request the taxpayer identification number
(TIN) of a U.S. person (including a resident alien) and to request
certain certifications and claims for exemption. (Exemption)
Go back to page 1 of W-9 at the beginning of Part1, and something I pointed out in 1974 at my first legitimate job at Bridgeman's Ice Cream Parlor and got laughed at, and it was on a W-9
"Enter your TIN in the appropriate box. The TIN provided must match the name given on line 1 to avoid backup withholding. For individuals, this is generally your social security number (SSN)."
So the purpose of filling out the W-9 was to avoid backup withholding, yet every job I filled one out for taxes were withheld from my WAGES!!
Because of claiming any of the boxes in section 3a besides OTHER, which was Tax Exempt which I did, but at 16 picked box 1 too lol.
On page 2 look under
"By signing the filled-out form, you:
1. Certify that the TIN you are giving is correct (or you are waiting for a
number to be issued);
2. Certify that you are not subject to backup withholding; or
3. Claim exemption from backup withholding if you are a U.S. exempt
payee;" (needing a code)
Now go to page 5 of the Instructions form under
"Payees Exempt From Backup Withholding
Certain payees are exempt from backup withholding with respect
to the payments below, and should enter the corresponding
exempt payee code on Form W-9. You may rely on the payee’s
claim of exemption unless you have actual knowledge that the
exempt payee code and/or classification selected are not valid"
Now before if you read through both forms you'll have heard about Payee Code to be entered, not here it states 'classification" as in "Other".
Now on the other side of page 5 under
"Payments Exempt From Backup Withholding
Payments that are not subject to information reporting also are
not subject to backup withholding."
Top of page 6
"Backup withholding applies to the reportable payment if the
payee has not provided a TIN or has provided an incorrect TIN."
Look just below this under the first bullet point.
"Other types of payment.
• Wages"
These could be used regarding any job, and for the IRS if you do actually have to file any 1040's, which I haven't had to. If you don't have FRN's withheld by them you have nothing to claim back, so if you do it would be a Frivolous Return. You can't get an EIC if you haven't claimed their idea of "Income" and paid towards it. I also know I can correct W-2's and 1099's if need be. I've been contacted by the IRS once in 2014 after allowing a 10% to be withheld on a 401k disbursement, and never filed afterwards. The letters sent weren't in reference to that, but a tax year from 2012. The first two letters are always computer generated and fishing letters to get you to make contact with the IRS.
"Curious how many people did you just call on without them calling in first?)
My contact was the 401K withholding. I never made contact and the third letter came if a phony business letter form with a signature but no name printed under it, but I was able to find it on a google search back then and came up under the Treasury Dept., I had to scroll through several hundred pages of basically glorified private bill collectors to find her name, and she was assigned to a special task force out of Ohio the Obama administration set up. All of the letters were so called threat letters giving me a time frame sort of, but begging me to make contact with them to discuss the matter. Of which I never did as the Burden of Proof is on them. They knew my address, that I owned my home, and how to contact me if they wanted as I was listed in the local phone book. They never did nor did they put any liens against my
property, or have tried to make contact with me since. The State of MN has never made contact with me as we're tied to the Federal Government since around the same time of my first job or between 1972-74 abouts, and rely on the filing of the 1040's.
Hidden knowledge in plain sight, and probably irrelevant but for a few people. To me knowledge is power over them if we learn how we can use it. I know this is long, but hard to explain otherwise. Sadly I couldn't find my form so had to recreate it, but saved it to word, and had to print out the forms again as I've handed out all my other ones.
Exemption from withholding. You may claim exemption from
withholding for 2025 if you meet both of the following
conditions: "you had no federal income tax liability in 2024 and
you expect to have no federal income tax liability in 2025."
"You had no federal income tax liability in 2024 if
(1) your total tax on
line 24 on your 2024 Form 1040 or 1040-SR is zero (or less than
the sum of lines 27, 28, and 29), or
(2) you were not required to
file a return because your income was below the filing threshold
for your correct filing status
When you have ZERO income you always fall below the threshold, so I never had to worry about part 1.
I'm sure you know this but for others,
"To claim exemption from withholding, certify that you meet both of the
conditions above by writing “Exempt” on Form W-4 in the space
below Step 4(c). Then, complete Steps 1(a), 1(b), and 5. Do not
complete any other steps. You will need to submit a new Form
W-4 by February 17, 2026."
Now this is important notice where the terms income and wages are used throughout this document.
On the form itself Income is used 5 times, Wages ZERO
On page 2 Income multiple times, Wages twice below under Self Employment, also notice under
"Purpose of Form
Complete Form W-4 so that your employer can withhold the correct federal income tax from your pay." (Not Income or Wages, but Pay)
"Self-employment. Generally, you will owe both income and self-employment taxes on any self-employment income you receive separate from the wages you receive as an employee. If you want to pay these taxes through withholding from your wages, use the estimator at www.irs.gov/W4App to figure the amount to have withheld."
(Wages are never mentioned before this, only references to Income? This section is also one reason why the Instructions for the W-9 apply here too.)
Page 3 they start incorporating the term Salarie's, of course we're to believe they're all interchangeable. Maybe in standard dictionaries but not in Legal matters which of course differs from Lawful terms and definitions. They use legalese to obfuscate everything and keep us confused and buying the BS.
Salaries and Wages are used until you get to the bottom under part 4b where Income appears once here
"1 Enter an estimate of your 2025 itemized deductions (from Schedule A (Form 1040)). Such deductions may include qualifying home mortgage interest, charitable contributions, state and local taxes (up to $10,000), and medical expenses in excess of 7.5% of your income "
Page 4 is all Wage and Salary chart not income?
Now some things are taxable like investment INCOME and other things people need to be aware of, but eliminating Wages from the equation makes a huge difference. Anyone needs to do their own due diligence on all of this too as everyone's circumstances are different.
This form is convoluted and meant to confuse and trick people but good to know about
"According to the Public Law 117-154(06/23/2022), the U.S. Tax Code is 6,871 pages. When you include the federal tax regulations and the official tax guidance, the number of pages raises to approximately 75,000. This will take an average reader about 14 weeks to finish."
Where I chose to get started after reviewing many avenues, if you've heard about Pete Hendrickson you may have heard he lost his case. However it was never to the IRS, but only to the State of Illinois which is different than my state which is tied to the IRS, and why they can't even contact me here in Minnesota. I bought his book and CD for about $50, but after he lost his case I believe part of the decree was he couldn't continue to sell his book "Cracking the Code", so now it's available for free. He has many pages with lots of info. This is the link to the book but you have to scroll way down to find where it starts, but it wouldn't be a bad idea for anyone starting out to read it all. Then it follows several links at the bottom of each section.
I'm so sorry you got hate from all sides. What a world! I'm glad some folks can still think and discern without hating others and generalizing about things they don't know about. You had an amazing work ethic and we need more like you in all fields.
You were taking money and Amy was giving it back lol. Seriously Heather not sure we can ever forgive you tehehe 🤭.
Seriously X2…in the comments sections of Amy’s piece I was chatting with SAMO. I sent him a kink to a Ron Unz compilation revolving around the Covid timeline. He took the vax btw assuming it was an “antidote.” If you read it you will understand what that means.
Was telling SAMO how reading that really changed my perspective on the entire situation (I think). Was hoping someone else would read it too. Someone that has a good foundation in the entire affair.
After reading I came away convinced that we just might have attacked China in 2017/18 with a biological weapon and destroyed 40% of their pork livestock. Until reading that piece i could never fathom such an incident occurring. Seems like we attacked them too in 2019 at the military games if you follow what Unz has to say.
He seems very well sourced and in command of the facts. WTH it’s still in my browser window. It’s long and no worries if you can’t.
I read it. Very interesting and I have read his stuff before about other subjects. It actually doesn't surprise me that our government might do something like poison the pigs in China. But we are not the only rogue players in the world, and there are higher ones than countries. And we might be the cops for those higher ones and thus the delivery system...but I have other theories about the disease that they labeled covid-19. I'm going to write a stack about that in the future. But after many hours of research, short answer, it's snake venom poisoning that can be delivered in many ways. I already knew about the Iran outbreak and the one in northern Italy....and research early on in France and Spain...stay tuned. I'm not really a fast writer on serious health stuff that requires research. Thanks for pointing me to that. ❤️💕
The fact that so many government workers learned they could be lazy and get away with it because "you almost never can get fired." I am so disappointed in the majority of my species! Can we PLEASE GET AN UPGRADE (from spirit, not from brain-chips, thank you!) I hope DOGE makes huge swaths of cuts across all departments. That money will be put to better use very soon!
that is the main difference everywhere I think. My experience was in Europe, but once you get a full contract, govt workers can barely be fired, whereas the private sector can lay you off quite easily.
That's what the mob does protections rackets. Once they got their mob in education, the courts, and, the government corporations they passed laws with corrupt pols to keep them there.
taxes = scam when the government can just print money
I befriended an older woman in college who worked for the IRS as an auditor (she went back to school to get a degree), she was really smart and we studied together.
She told me a lot of stories, in one case the owner of a business gave her a thinly veiled threat mentioning her young daughter’s name, the school she attended and the time she got out.
Another time she audited an old lady who didn’t want her son to know about the audit so when he came home my friend played along and said she was just helping with (the old lady’s) paperwork .
Totaly agree about taxes, I've written about that too...I have friends from there that still are auditing. Many stories...yours is one reason I never told anyone I worked there except my parents. Years later I told my brother and he was shocked.
Like every agency they make sure to spend their entire budget and claim to need more every year, and each department is separate so money has to be spent within it.
The whole system is a scam, and operating under two corporations from the 2nd and 3rd Federal Constitutions 1789 British Territorial, and 1790 Holy Roman Empire now AKA the Vatican. Two different types of citizens U.S. Citizens and United States Citizens, both legal fictions and treating you as a piece of commerce and a corporation without the benefits, while lobbyists walk the halls of congress you have to beg for a tour. Politicians represent the corporations not we the people anymore, it's all lip service.
Most people are happy and proud to be Citzens instead of Nationals as was intended.
The problem is not "work from home", the problem is unproductive workers and poor management.
Work from home is fantastically productive! I'll never work in an office again. Your article is great evidence that people can be useless employees IN an office.
A manager has to care, work has to be assigned appropriately, the work needs to get done. It doesn't matter if that's in a home office or some building full of people gossiping around a water cooler. Work from home saves so much time not getting dressed up, not commuting into the office, not needing to buy a new car as often, etc, etc.
I see your point. Better screening for employees might help. Because yes I saw so much laziness there. And as a seminar leader said, "How you are anywhere is how you are everywhere." Thanks for pointing that out!
work from home is also a great opportunity for young parents, avoiding to have to pay for child care. If disciplined people work from home, they do just as good or better than in office. And once the kids are in school, they can still return to the office. Or they can home school !!!
Yes, that's another benefit, not having to outsource raising your kids (or living on a single income).
I was also going to point out that there is great mutual benefit to employer and employee. When they need me at 9 PM for an "emergency" I can quickly respond or handle it. Likewise when I need to attend to personal stuff it's great to have the flexibility to quickly do some during the day.
yes, I had the same experience when I was 18. Coming into the office at 3/4 of the pay and doing all the work. And when the jobs became permanent, a niece of the mayor needed a job and we were discarded. One of the permanent employees came to the office, drank his coffee and read his newspaper, looked at his mail and then went home for lunch. The same repeated after he got back.
But this was not limited to govt. When I worked for a shipping company, the secretary came in, started with coffee, then did her manicure, ate some fruit, read a few letters, and went home (she was half time). On Friday there was a lot of work but she refused to help the others make their spreadsheets, which would have saved them hours. So I decided to do their spreadsheets. They were quite sorry when my contract ended.
I worked for the State of Tx too and saw all the same stuff. I would have put that in there too but it was getting redundant since it's the same at all the govt offices...you sound like me, always taking up the slack for the lazy ones... 💕
But, as an old fart, I have to say it is a lot easier to be a gung-ho go-getter when you are in your teens, and even 20's - because you have not been subjected to years of horrible commuting and toxic lighting, possibly mold in the office, health destroying cafeteria food, etc... to say nothing of medical "care" haha.
Living outside of DC, I know gov't workers who get up at 3 or 4 am to drive to work. There are vans, and commuter trains, which are helpful, so you can sleep on the way. There are also slug lines, where you can get picked up by a commuter with an empty seat. You can't afford to live closer in.
My neighbor works from home a lot, at least for now. I am disappointed in him for not taking advantage of the opportunity to get outside once in a while. I think he gets most of his meals delivered.
One co-worker gave herself a nervous breakdown getting a master's degree in her spare time. I don't know how long she was out on disability.
Just babbling here, but I feel some compassion for the slave class. Every day I thank my lucky stars for retirement, and for the people who work at the social security administration, apparently doing an adequate job.
I see your point about youth vs career workers. But I found in college that the same thing occured in group projects which I hated because once again some people are lazy and the whole group gets the same grade so it forces people who care to take up their slack. I think it's bigger than older vs youth. Thanks for reading! 💕
Yes, I probably wasn't clear enough. If people work at home in the private sector they can be fired if they don't produce. Govt workers can't and they take advantage. Those are the ones I want to go to work so they have to do SOME work for the money we pay them.....wrote you an email...
Great story on working for the IRS. It is stunning how inefficient, bloated, redundant and unnecessary the vast majority of government is. But what jobs would they be able to work otherwise?
Federal workers are protected by laws created by Leavitt. Leavitt of satanic bloodline families. Leavitt of Director of HHS and administrator of EPA. Leavitt of PHMCE. Leavitt now in white house.
"Come on NOW. Can we all have a good laugh at this one? Who has a sense of humor anymore? If you can't laugh at adequate protection for federal employees then you probably can't laugh at human composting either."
I didn't put it in the article but I often gave money back to taxpayers. Another reason management didn't like me. Actually I'm going to edit and add that in.

Topic no. 401, Wages and salaries
This is also why there are so many pages in difference between the Code and IRM
https://irisreading.com/how-long-would-it-take-to-read-the-entire-u-s-tax-code/
How Many Pages Is the Tax Code

This was so wonderful to wake up to. It made me cry happy tears. I got my work ethic from my amazing parents. Thank you so much! ❤️💕

Thanks! I'll read it. 💕
Smiles….please let me know when you write it. And THANK YOU for reading that Heather!!
I'm very happy with auditing and firing lazy workers!
that is the main difference everywhere I think. My experience was in Europe, but once you get a full contract, govt workers can barely be fired, whereas the private sector can lay you off quite easily.
That's what the mob does protections rackets. Once they got their mob in education, the courts, and, the government corporations they passed laws with corrupt pols to keep them there.
🎯
taxes = scam when the government can just print money
During my time in the military, I saw lots of fraud, waste, and abuse. None of this surprises me.
It's amazing, isn't it?
Most people are happy and proud to be Citzens instead of Nationals as was intended.
exactly. Thanks for posting this! 💕
It’s no different at the local level. Government attracts folks without a work ethic.
Yes I think it's for the pension and holidays in many cases.
Great story!
This piece reminds me of a couple of paper-pushing local government jobs I had after Uni. I’d do the same, turn tedious tasks into a game. 🤓
(Btw, did you mean to write DT gave 8 years? In the tweet it says 8 months.)
No that was a mistake, thank you so much for catching it! 💕
I would love 8 years severance pay! Actually even 8 months would be great right now :)
I'm visualizing no more income tax...it could happen...we could use those IRS agents, that have guns now, at the southern border...
And there are so few that have a work ethic...it's always a nice surprise to find others that do...
We could wipe out 95% of government jobs and we'd be much better off...just my opinion...
Thank you! Yes, amazing in a weird way. 💕
My selfish side is mad I didn't go to work for the government while my honorable side and my soul thanks God for choosing not to work for them.
Yes, same for me after I left.
